What does Pronota do?

How do you work with Pronota? You first choose a note model from the list. In fill-in windows, type or choose information and settings. You can easily 'turn on or off' all note lines from the model. In addition, you can add additional rules. Pronota takes care of the calculations and the layout according to your corporate identity. In addition to the note(s) you send, you have a result note for your financial administration.

What makes Pronota flexible?

Pronota is a standalone application that exports your notes to Word. If you choose Pronota, RO-iT will design one or a few note model(s) on your instructions. You can then get started right away.

Do you need more note models? Or does a model no longer suffice over time? Models are easy to customize, copy or create in-house. Without programming. RO-iT shows your application manager how to do this.

How does RO-iT work?

You invite RO-iT for a demo and inventory interview. We compare your wishes with our possibilities. If Pronota is a solution that suits you, RO-iT makes a proposal. In it you will find the options and settings discussed, the starting work and a planning.

After that, RO-iT will get to work for you. After a test at your location, Pronota is ready to be rolled out. It goes without saying that we involve your application manager in the process.
With the subscription you get the right of use on Pronota and a maintenance contract. The maintenance contract entitles you to:

• Support for application manager(s), hands-on or via phone, Skype and/or email
• an annual update of the software
