You choose the data and settings in a fill-in window and complete. After pressing a button, the hull for the document is quickly on the screen, in your corporate identity. With Documentor you can go years ahead. This software package is flexible and low maintenance. The templates, XML files and text blocks that RO-iT provides you with the rollout can easily be customized and expanded by your own application manager. No programming experience is necessary.

How do you do business with RO-iT?

Subscription

As of January 1, 2019, RO-iT works with a subscription structure. This means that every organization that chooses to work with Documentor pays per user per month for the right of use. The subscription fee is charged annually.

The subscription starts after RO-iT has set up its products according to your wishes and specifications and after they have been rolled out in your organization. The start-up costs for set-up and roll-out are not included in the subscription and are specified after inventory and consultation with you.

With the subscription you get the right of use on all the products you choose, and a maintenance contract. The maintenance contract entitles you to support for application manager(s), hands-on or by phone, skype and/or e-mail.

Our products are constantly evolving. Ideas and wishes of customers often result in nice extra functionality for the Office environment. With a subscription, you continuously benefit from the latest developments for a relatively low monthly fee.

Have you been a customer for some time?

Customers who have been working with Documentor and other RO-iT products for some time keep their license(s) with update and maintenance features. How does RO-iT work?

The first step is to get acquainted. RO-iT will visit you to show you the possibilities and to make an inventory of what you use, in what way. As soon as we talk about the same thing, RO-iT makes a proposal. In it you will find the modules you are interested in, the starting work and a planning.

Then RO-iT will get to work for you. The default software package Documentor is set to your wishes. Think not only of your corporate identity, but also: branch and employee data, languages, standard text blocks, links with other software such as customer and invoicing systems, printing facilities and other additional options.

After the test at your location, Documentor is ready to be rolled out!

What else does RO-iT offer?

Since 1997, RO-iT has been developing software that fits seamlessly with Microsoft Office. Documentor for 'corporate identity automation' was the first, but not the only product. We mention here:

  • PrintRight: easily choose printers, drawers and paper types from your workplace
  • Pronota: drawing up notes for organizations that work on an hourly basis
  • Powermentor: developing presentations via fill-in windows
  • Documentor for Outlook: Use models, text blocks, and archiving options in Outlook
  • Documentor Light: reporting from ERP or CMS software, for example for construction

In addition, RO-iT developed extensions for Documentor such as Delineating, Citing and Converting Numbers in consultation with legal practice. In collaboration with PraktijkGenerator, RO-iT developed intelligent models to generate notarial deeds faster and smarter, with less chance of errors.
